Deschutes Canyon Garlic specializes in growing unique and flavorful varieties of certified organic seed garlic and culinary garlic. We strive to produce seed garlic of exceptional quality adapted to our Central Oregon climate as planting stock for local farmers and gardeners. Our culinary garlic offer freshness, flavors and colors of garlic not typically found in grocery stores. We utilize environmentally conscious growing methods including cover cropping, crop rotation, water budgeting, and applying only organic fertilizers. We love garlic and hope you do too!
