Fred Sauce is a Central Oregon-based hot sauce company founded in 2017 by owner Fred Giacomini. Having a mission for delicious natural foods Fred Sauce was born. Fred Sauce’s original red has only 4 ingredients peppers, vinegar garlic, and sea salt to date we now have three sauces, and as I like to say there is not an ingredient on the label that you cannot pronounce.
