Susans Barbecue is not your typical barbecue joint. We believe in finding the highest quality ingredients we can get hold of, hand-crafting seasonal dishes, respecting the art and history of smoked southern meats, while creating new and exciting dishes. We focus on sourcing local produce and meats from farms throughout Oregon & the PNW, including our own farm, smoking all meats with the best woods, not cutting corners anywhere which means small batch, craft barbecue, with a focus on quality, not quantity.
